Clients in Custody:

If you are a client in custody (in jail or prison), and you call and leave a voice message, do NOT describe any details about your case because the call is definitely recorded by the police. Instead, please leave your name, SWIS number, and the facility you are located at. This information allows me to return your call from jail or visit you in person. 

Court Appearances:

Most court appearances do not require physical presence and can be handled over the phone, making it easier for you to attend your court sessions without the need for travel.
